Panela: Unrefined traditional organic sugar

Our delicious panela is an unrefined traditional organic sugar filled with organic goodness, produced in Pacto Ecuador, located in the Chocó Andean Bio-region. We develop this process hand in hand with local sugar farmers who take care of every detail, following  artisanal practices so this noble raw material can maintain its nutrients, minerals, vitamins and proteins.
