REPÚBLICA DEL CACAO SUPPORTS TURUCUCHO #COWMMUNITY
With this #COWmmunity campaign, República del Cacao creates a long-term collaboration with the community of Turucucho who provides the milk in our Ecuador White Chocolate 31%. We aim at increasing milk productivity through improvement of pastures.
At República del Cacao, we make chocolate that tastes good and does good. The milk community of Turucucho, perched at 3 300m in the Andes, is one that we hold dear to our hearts. Our #cowmmunity campaign supports the collaborative efforts between República del Cacao, our supplier El Ordeño and a team of New Zealand experts from DairySolutionz. Together, we have created a project to improve pastures in order to increase milk productivity and therefore the livelihoods of the producers. Grass has never been so important and can have a strong economic and social impact!
